As a Customer Service Coordinator you will support the Customer Services and Network Services department, delivering a high level of Customer Service to Partners, Customers of Partners and internal Stakeholders. Working hours: 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday. Some occasional Saturday working may be required (possible to be done from home). Salary: £29,273 per annum.

Key Duties of a Customer Service Coordinator:

  • First point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services related enquiries
  • Problem solving for Partners, customers and internal departments
  • Meeting customer and client expectations and meeting agreed SLAs
  • Collating accurate information for Partner KPI packs and internal business reporting
  • Provide accurate data in a timely manner, for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of customer/Partner focus
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimum customer service provision
  • Manage Partner agreements in line manager's absence
  • Assisting with event co-ordination in line manager's absence
  • Monitor Partner/Operations queries to ensure appropriate and timely solutions, providing guidance where required
  • Invoice generation for specific accounts or events where required
  • Distribution of all Partner communication bulletins
  • Track and trace system co-ordination where required
  • Action generic TPN email inbox to distribute enquiries effectively

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level of Microsoft IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet all deadlines
  • Displays a calm and methodical approach if under pressure
  • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Professional and courteous approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the desire to share best practice enhancements
  • Strong teamwork approach
