IPS is seeking a highly organised Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of multiple live events projects across audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging, power and temporary structures. Based in Milton Keynes, you will turn project requirements into safe, practical and accurately documented technical plans while working closely with Project Managers, customers, suppliers and operational teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Support projects from initial enquiry and design through preparation, delivery and close-out.
- Prepare equipment lists, quotations, schedules, drawings, work instructions and handover information.
- Produce and update technical drawings using Vectorworks.
- Coordinate equipment allocation, substitutions and sub-hires with warehouse and project teams.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freelancers and specialist contractors.
- Maintain accurate project records, support RAMS and assist with on-site UK delivery when required.
