IPS is seeking a Director of Building Services (M&E) for the EMEA region, with responsibility for strategic direction, discipline leadership and project delivery from IPS offices in Birmingham or Dublin. The role requires extensive Pharma/BioPharma M&E design experience, strong leadership, and ability to drive compliant, high-quality outcomes across multiple markets.
The candidate will oversee QA/QC, support business development, and promote innovation aligned with IPS’ digital transformation.
