Triage is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist in Sunderland to deliver personalised Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services for people with health conditions and barriers to employment. You will build and manage a caseload of up to 25, engaging with local employers to place participants in meaningful work, with diary management to maximise face-to-face time.
