Standguide is seeking an NHS IPS Employment Specialist in Wirral to support people with severe mental health issues on their journey toward recovery through work. You will manage a caseload, deliver IPS, and collaborate with health and community partners to move clients into sustainable paid employment.
You’ll work within an integrated service with secondary Mental Health teams, Primary Care Networks and VCSE partners, upholding IPS principles and fidelity.
