If yes, this could be the perfect job for you! We are seeking a motivational and performance-driven manager to embed, lead, and deliver our holistic service to Surrey residents. The role is extremely rewarding and allows you to make a lasting positive impact. A typical week would involve: Mentoring staff in the field to model an IPS approach. Monitoring and managing performance to meet key deliverables. Leading meetings and forums to enhance joint working. Engaging employers to develop partnerships. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience building effective networks and relationships with people from different backgrounds. Experience in staff supervision, management, and mentoring. Passion for and understanding of working with substance misuse, disability, or other socially excluded groups. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a cooperative approach to team support and service delivery. Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, record keeping, and report writing. Proven success in meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and digital meeting platforms. Experience working in employment services or similar fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
