Working Well Trust, a mental health and employment charity in London, is seeking an IPS Operations Manager to support the delivery and development of IPS services across London. The postholder will manage two IPS service sites across Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, and Enfield.
You will provide operational leadership, support Team Leads, and help ensure services meet contractual outcomes while building strong NHS and community partnerships.
