Change Grow Live is seeking an IPS Senior Employment Specialist to lead a team delivering high fidelity IPS services within a South West London setting. The role focuses on supervision, training, caseload management and modelling IPS approaches as part of recovery plans for individuals in structured treatment for substance misuse.

You will be a strong team player, build relationships with commissioners, treatment managers, employers and ETE providers, and drive continuous improvement.
