Change, Grow, Live in Hull is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people in recovery to find paid work using the evidence-based IPS model.

You will manage a caseload of around 25 clients, deliver IPS with person-centred guidance, and build strong relationships with local employers to create employment opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with treatment staff to provide integrated support and monitor progress toward job retention.
