Waythrough is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist for Bradford to support people recovering from drug or alcohol use in finding and sustaining meaningful paid employment. You will work within our Bradford-based service, embedded in the recovery team, travelling across the Bradford area to meet clients, employers and partners.
You’ll manage a caseload of around 20–25 individuals, delivering person-centred employment support using the IPS approach, with full training provided.
