A leading accountancy and advisory firm is looking for a technically strong Tax Advisor to join its growing Tax Advisory team in a highly flexible role offering primarily home-based working with just 1 day per week in the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys advisory-led work across a broad range of SME, owner-managed business, and private client projects.
You will support Tax Partners on restructures, acquisitions, exit planning, share schemes, CGT planning, HMRC clearances, and wider corporate and personal tax advisory matters.
The Role- Support delivery of tax advisory projects for SMEs and high-net-worth clients
- Draft technical reports, HMRC clearances, and implementation documents
- Work on restructures, M&A, share schemes, EMI/EIS planning, and estate planning projects
- Provide supporting corporate tax compliance work where required
- Collaborate closely with Partners across a fast-paced advisory environment
- Ideally CTA qualified with strong technical tax experience
- Background in corporate and/or personal tax advisory
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with tax software and Excel desirable
- Primarily home-based role with 1 day in the office
- Exposure to high-quality advisory work
