You will be working across a broad mix of commercial risks, including fleet, combined, property and PI, with premiums ranging from around £2k up to £500k plus. It's a varied book with enough complexity to keep things interesting, and scope to tailor responsibilities depending on your level of experience.
The role will see you managing your own portfolio, handling renewals and mid-term adjustments, supporting on new business, and liaising with insurers to secure competitive and appropriate cover. It's a client-focused position where you will be expected to build relationships and deliver a high standard of service, rather than purely processing work.
They are open on background, but you will need a solid grounding in commercial insurance and be comfortable dealing with a range of products. It's less about years on paper and more about being able to handle a busy, varied workload with confidence. Acturis experience and Cert CII are both useful, but not essential.
