Business Development Manager Competitive Basic Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits Package Home-Based with UK Travel We're currently supporting a successful and expanding organisation within the insurance services sector as they look to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys developing new opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships and building a strong presence within the insurance market.

The individual will need to have knowledge of the legal expenses market in the areas of Motor, Household, Commercial and Landlord.

Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across the UK insurance market.

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, insurers, MGAs and other strategic partners.

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for further revenue generation.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to support successful implementation and ongoing client service.

Attend industry events, networking functions and client meetings to promote the business and its solutions.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and deliver against agreed growth targets.

Provide market insight and feedback to support wider commercial objectives.

About You Experience within the insurance market, ideally in a business development, account management or client-facing commercial role.

Knowledge of the legal expenses market in the areas of motor, household, commercial and Landlord.

Proven ability to generate new business and develop long-term client relationships.

Strong understanding of insurance distribution channels and intermediary relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially focused, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Experience working with brokers, insurers, MGAs or affinity partners would be advantageous.
