The Role

As a Telephone Account Manager, you will take ownership of an allocated broker portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships. You will be responsible for driving both retention and growth, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly volume and case targets.

The role includes identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new brokers with a seamless approach, and promoting the full range of products through confident, value-driven engagement. You will develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise portfolio performance, focusing on increasing market penetration, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Alongside this, you will proactively manage broker relationships through regular communication, renewal conversations, and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Using management information and performance data, you will continuously review your portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement.
