Our client is looking for a talented Sales Manager (or Team Leader) to lead and manage a small team of insurance brokers, driving sales performance and ensuring excellent client service within a commercial insurance broking environment.

You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five brokers, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing support.
