You will be tasked with driving performance reporting, process change and governance within the claims division. You will be ensuring the operations and controls are effective and efficient. Supporting the ongoing oversight of the MI function, management of Internal Audits and the overall development of the Claim control framework.
The successful individual will have a strong background within Claims and operational change, be someone who is comfortable working on a variety of projects as well as everyday tasks, as well as experience of working with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
