We are working with one of the UK’s largest Brokers group for a role that will help shape and streamline their very busy Executive team in Lincoln & South Yorkshire Area. Having recently strengthened their team substantially and with some exciting new contracts being won, a need for a Broking Manager has come to the market.
If you are someone who loves the new business element of commercial insurance, takes pride in overseeing production of presentations, talking to insurers, broking large opportunities and complex renewals, and finding new markets to solve problems to offer solutions to clients, this may be a good fit.
You can work from any of the 3 branches (Boston, Lincoln, Sleaford). There is no expectation to handle a book, just close work with the experienced Execs, getting things to market in time and correctly, and then handing things over to the handling team. This will have a real impact on many people in the Branch and is a pivotal role.
