An accountancy age listed firm of chartered accountants is looking to recruit a corporate tax senior or manager to support tax compliance on a broad range of matters. You will be a key technical point of contact for both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review corporate tax compliance work prepared by the tax team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on corporate tax matters.
  • Assist with the delivery of corporate tax advisory projects.
  • Advise clients on group structures, reorganisations and tax planning opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings alongside senior tax colleagues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across a varied portfolio.
  • Support the management and development of junior team members.
  • Work closely with partners and senior managers on complex tax assignments.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's corporate tax service offering.

Candidate Profile

  • CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong corporate tax experience gained within practice.
  • Experience reviewing corporate tax computations and returns.
  • Good technical knowledge across a range of corporate tax issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Experience working with larger group structures would be advantageous.
