We're partnering with a leading London-based insurer to find a Senior Compliance Associate to join the compliance team. This is an opportunity for a compliance professional with a general insurance background, ideally with Lloyd's Market experience, who enjoys taking a proactive approach and making a real impact.
Experience:
- Cross-functional framework and process design, improvement and operation
- Project planning and delivery, including implementation and adoption
- Contributing to transformational change within a fast-paced complex environment
- Relevant insurance/reinsurance industry experience required
- Influencing and stakeholder management
- Sourcing technology solutions and developing/implementing systems and technology solutions
- Managing multiple complex processes simultaneously
- Dealing with complex problems and developing innovative solutions
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook Sharepoint experience and management
- QlikSense, PowerBI or similar
