A leading global insurance organisation is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their collaborative HR team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience.

As part of the Total Rewards team, you'll play a key role in delivering competitive and compliant reward strategies across multiple international regions. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, HR Tech, and HR Business Partners, and act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

You will need strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in compensation and reporting modules and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
