Job Description

Role OverviewWe’re currently working with a well-regarded national firm who have an urgent requirement for a property litigator to join their Manchester office. This is for an initial 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to become permanent.The team handle a broad range of commercial property litigation matters and are looking for someone to support on a busy caseload of disputes.Candidate Profile / Experience NeededThe firm are seeking:
  • A Solicitor between NQ–3 years’ PQE.
  • You’ll need to have gained experience in commercial property litigation either through a seat during your training contract if you’re newly qualified, or through post-qualification experience for those with up to 3 years’ PQE.   
  • Based in the North West of England. There is hybrid working but you would need to come into the office in Manchester city centre twice per week.
  • Able to work alongside an experienced partner assisting on more complex work and handling your own caseload under supervision.
