Opportunity to join the specialty division at this London market insurance group, which has seen significant growth in the past 12 months. Keen to secure an energy expert, from either company or syndicate platform; the business is largely upstream and midstream with some supporting lines such as energy construction, liability, renewables.
There is an established team already who oversee the day to day account management / underwriting which allows time for the successful candidate to concentrate on the underwriting management aspects/decision making across the portfolio. This is a global account requiring strong broker management ability; the role requires you to drive engagement, with oversight of distribution; you will work closely with the head of underwriting developing revenue strategy and business planning.
