Personal injury solicitor is required by this award winning firm to work alongside an experienced lawyer deal with complex catastrophic injury work from its newly opened office in Devon. Role Overview In joining this firm you will work alongside a senior lawyer and specialist in high value injury cases. You will become part of an established national practice recognised as a market leader in high value injury work.All the work is complex high value multi track personal injury work often involving brain, spinal and paralysis injuries. You will assist the senior associate on their caseload and this is a perfect opportunity to develop your technical expertise under supervision. As an outline you will be: Working alongside the existing Serious Injury team Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters. Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face. Attending Court hearings and Inquests. Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim. Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules. Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations.
