Job Description:
A key appointment with a hugely successful and impressive operator in the pensions industry, taking responsibility for managing their third party administration contracts. Working closely with the head of operations you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of key relationships with third party pensions administration specialists and adherence to their agreed service levels and best practice guidelines. This will include monitoring and enhancing relationships and performance levels with TPA partners and acting as the conduit to clients and senior internal stakeholders.
The role would suit a Pensions Operations or Client Relationship Manager with an excellent understanding of the TPA world in the DB and de-risking space. Technically proficient, commercially astute and with strong operational and relationship management skills, it is a crucial hire for this fast expanding business and would suit a bright, forward thinking individual with a desire to add value in a very progressive environment. A willingness to get involved in the day to day technical issues as well as the leadership side will be crucial.
