We are supporting a well-established and growing independent insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in its next phase of development. This is a key hire, working closely with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, support the broking team, and act as the central point for technical expertise and systems oversight. The role also offers genuine scope to evolve into a broader senior leadership position over time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the broking function
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Account Handlers and Executives
  • Act as a “super user” for Acturis, driving best practice and efficiencies
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the business
  • Support leadership with strategic and operational initiatives
