A leading provider of immigration advice and services is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join the team in-person. You will manage a varied caseload of immigration matters, provide clear and accurate legal advice, liaise with relevant authorities, and ensure full compliance with the Immigration Act and professional standards.
Candidate Profile / Experience Required
- 3+ years PQE in immigration or asylum casework
- Valid practising certificate with the SRA or OISC
- Proven experience preparing and conducting immigration appeals
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confident negotiation skills
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to meet billing and performance expectations
