The team advises on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, equity capital markets work, business sales, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- Experience advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, investments or corporate reorganisations
- Strong technical legal skills and a willingness to develop further within a high-performing team
- The ability to manage matters independently while supporting on larger and more complex transactions
- Experience conducting legal due diligence exercises and managing disclosure processes
