A UK Insurance organisation requires a forward thinking, data orientated Operations Manager to be responsible for the day to day operation of the business.
You will be tasked with overseeing the onboarding of new participants to the scheme, conducting audits of the process, Bordereaux management and the oversight of Underwriting and Claims data.
A key aspect of the role will be to identify and implement improvements in the operational systems and processes. Look into how data is currently being used within the business and how that can be utilised in a more efficient and effective way.
You will need to have a strong Insurance operations background, ideally experience of managing a small team or mentoring team members along with working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
