We are seeking an individual who can become an influential figure in Finance Recruitment within the UK Insurance market, working as part of a team on Finance recruitment and within a very established Recruitment team within the Insurance Market.
The role will be varied, working closely with clients and candidates to develop robust relationships and uncover new opportunities on which you can deliver. This is all about having the skills to engage, build trust, ask good questions and then apply what you hear to the benefit of the candidates and clients you are working with. Generating repeat business and recommendations as a result.
