This is a standalone, generalist role , ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working autonomously within a collaborative environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience within insurance.
  • Strong working knowledge of FCA Handbook and general insurance regulations.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a small but growing business.
