We are working with one of the UK’s largest Brokers group for a role that will help shape their already thriving brokerage in the Lincoln Area. Having recently strengthened their team substantially and some exciting new contracts being won, they would like to welcome someone who is very knowledgeable about how to keep the handling at the highest possible standards.
You may already be a leader of a team or know that you are at a stage of your career where a move into this role would let you show your hard-earned skills. Experience in a multitude of cross commercial risks, mid commercial to corporate, Acturis trained, people focused and solid in your own standard of work.
You will be rewarded with a strong salary, great benefits, job security, a friendly team and opportunities for future growth in a very people-focused organisation. 3 days a week in the office, salary £45k+. Very happy to speak with people who may want to know more.
