In this role, you’ll look after your own portfolio of SME clients from start to finish. You’ll be their main point of contact, handling everything from renewals and mid-term adjustments through to new business and day-to-day queries. It’s about keeping things running smoothly, staying on top of the detail, and making sure clients feel looked after.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Speaking with clients and building strong, lasting relationships
- Managing renewals, changes and new policies
- Working with insurers to get the right terms in place
- Keeping everything accurate, compliant and up to date
- Supporting the wider team to keep delivery consistent
You’ll ideally come from an SME or commercial broking background, be comfortable using insurer platforms, and have a solid understanding of compliance. More than anything though, you’ll be someone who is organised, reliable, and takes pride in doing a great job.
