A leading Insurer is hiring an Account Director to manage one of its most strategically important broker relationships. This senior role is central to the delivery of ambitious growth plans and will suit a commercially driven individual with experience managing complex, multi-office broker accounts.
You’ll take full ownership of a key national trading relationship, coordinating engagement across 60+ broker offices, ensuring consistent delivery of strategic objectives, and driving new business production. This is an opportunity to influence both central strategy and regional execution, while representing the business at senior levels within one of the UK’s largest broker networks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the delivery of strategic development plans across a major national broker partner.
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships at both central and local levels.
- Coordinate business development activity across multiple offices, ensuring production targets and conversion goals are met.
- Act as the internal link between broker engagement, underwriting, and regional teams to align delivery with strategic intent.
- Represent the business in key client meetings, tenders, reviews, and product discussions.
Experience Required:
