Reporting tosenior leadership, youwill take ownershipof the company'sfinancial management, ensuringaccurate reporting, strongfinancial controls andproviding valuable commercialinsightto support businessgrowth.
Producing timely andaccurate monthly managementaccounts Preparing financial reports, KPIs and performanceanalysis for seniormanagement Leading the annualbudgeting and forecastingprocess Monitoring business performanceagainst budgets andforecasts, providing analysisand recommendations Managing cash flow, fixedassets and debtorperformance Ensuring compliance withstatutory reporting andtax obligations, workingalongside external advisers Building strong relationshipswith external stakeholdersincluding accountants, banks and insurers Identifying and implementingimprovements to financialprocesses, systems andreporting Supporting strategic businessdecisions through commercialfinancial analysis Maintaining robust financialcontrols while remaininghands-on inthe day-to-day finance operation This role is open to both qualified and qualified by experience accountants.
