It’s all warm leads—no cold calling—and you’ll be speaking to customers who’ve already shown interest in niche motor insurance products like courier, taxi and convicted driver cover. The role is fast-paced and all about closing deals. You’ll earn 10% of the income you generate, with average bonuses between £1,200–£1,700 a month, on top of a basic salary of up to £30k.
