Job Description
- Managing a personal caseload of NIHL claims
- Supporting on complex disease matters led by Partners and senior lawyers
- Drafting strategy reports, pleadings, and legal advice
- Attending client meetings, court hearings, and conferences
- Undertaking legal research and investigations
- Contributing to business development initiatives and meeting internal KPIs and targets
- Be a qualified solicitor with 0–5 years' PQE, and must have experience in NIHL cases from a claimant or defendant perspective
- Demonstrate solid litigation skills and familiarity with fast/multi-track claims
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Show strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
