A growing family-owned business in the manufacturing and construction sector, with revenues of £3m4m, is seeking a Financial Controller. With an acquisition planned for 2026, the business is set to expand to over 40 staff across three sites. This role will be pivotal in strengthening the finance function and supporting future growth.
Both part time and full time hours will be considered for this role.
The Role
The Financial Controller will take ownership of financial management and reporting, working closely with the leadership team. This is a hands-on position where they will manage cashflow, develop budgets, and enhance reporting processes, while helping to shape the finance function for the next stage of growth.
