Hybrid/Field Based A leading insurance repair and property reinstatement business is looking for experienced Contracts Managers to join their growing team.
This role is responsible for overseeing domestic property repair projects arising from insurance claims, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
Working closely with surveyors, contractors, insurers and customers, you'll manage projects from instruction through to completion and play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience.

The Role As a Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of repair and reinstatement projects, ensuring contractors deliver against agreed scopes, service levels and timescales.
You'll be responsible for monitoring progress, managing contractor performance, resolving issues, controlling repair costs and ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Manage multiple property repair and reinstatement projects from start to finish.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure service levels and quality standards are achieved.
Carry out contractor reviews and support performance improvement where required.
Track project progress and proactively manage delays or issues.
Review variation requests and ensure works remain within agreed scopes and budgets.
Work closely with Surveyors to resolve technical queries and agree repair solutions.
Undertake desktop audits and site inspections to assess quality and workmanship.
Handle customer concerns and ensure clear communication throughout the repair process.
Support the management of major loss and urgent repair projects.
Maintain accurate project records and updates on internal systems.
