We are looking for a qualified accountant from a Restructuring or Covenant background for an in-house 12-month contract opportunity. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working (c.3 days WFH).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead covenant assessments, reviewing financial strength of employers.
- Leading a team.
- Oversee affordability reviews, financial health monitoring, recovery plan assessments, and due diligence.
- Handle technical financial and covenant queries.
- Liaise with employers and stakeholders both virtually and in-person.
- Preparing reports for, and delivering advice to, a variety of audiences.
Requirements:
- Experience in pension covenant, restructuring or audit.
- ACCA/ACA qualified or with relevant restructuring/insolvency experience.
- Strong organisational, management, and communication skills.
- Confident in presenting, reporting, and engaging with stakeholders.
