Job Description
- Developing and deepening relationships with key brokers
- Supporting underwriters by bringing in new opportunities and enhancing broker engagement.
- Monitoring broker performance and identifying areas for growth.
- Collaborating across European offices to support regional and pan-European initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of the client proposition, currently in its early stages in Europe.
They are looking for a confident and engaging Relationship Manager  with strong stakeholder management skills who is looking to make a real difference within this growing business.You will need to have experience in business development, broker management, or strategic distribution within insurance this can be from either an Insurer, Broker or MGA. You will be comfortable navigating complex underwriting environments and cross-class portfolios. Your location can be flexible however you must be comfortable with being able to work from London with regular travel to Manchester and occasional European offices.
