The role involves managing a portfolio of domestic and light commercial property claims from instruction through to settlement. The successful candidate will be responsible for site inspections, policy interpretation, liability and quantum assessment, stakeholder management, and the production of clear and accurate reports for insurer clients. The position offers a high level of autonomy, supported by strong technical leadership and structured internal support, enabling adjusters to focus on delivering quality outcomes rather than volume-driven handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of property claims on a cradle-to-grave basis
- Conducting site visits and damage assessments
