Equally you should have a technical mind set and have an analytical strength to assist with the continued development of the underwriting platform. This role could suit an experienced AU perhaps with a bit of authority who is not getting the training and development they would like OR could be for an established Underwriter who is looking for a change of environment or challenge. The salary is of course dependent on experience.
