This is a great opportunity for a compliance professional with experience across Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and regulatory compliance to play an important role in supporting the development of the compliance framework and promoting good customer outcomes.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Compliance , you will support the delivery of effective oversight across Consumer Duty, conduct risk and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the ongoing development of the Consumer Duty framework.
- Helping the business manage conduct risks and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinating the Lloyd’s Principles and Annual Attestation process.
- Supporting the delivery of the annual Compliance Plan.
- Analysing complaints and customer outcome data to identify trends, root causes and areas for improvement.
- Providing practical compliance advice on Consumer Duty, conduct risk, complaints, fair value, communications and governance.
- Supporting compliance monitoring activity, thematic reviews and assurance work.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business, including senior management, operational teams, Risk and Governance.
Experience
- Experience in a Governance role within the Lloyd’s insurance market.
- A strong understanding of FCA Consumer Duty.
- The ability to interpret regulatory requirements
- Experience producing compliance reports.
- Strong analytical skills.
