An opportunity to take ownership of a high-value portfolio of corporate clients in a senior, client-facing role focused on long-term relationships rather than pure new business. You will manage a portfolio of large, complex corporate clients, typically £100m–£800m turnover, acting as the strategic lead across each account. The role involves building senior stakeholder relationships, shaping client programmes and coordinating internal specialists to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
Must have:
- Proven experience operating as a corporate Account Executive or Account Director within a broker
- Strong track record managing complex, high-value corporate clients
- Ability to engage credibly with senior decision-makers (FD/CEO level)
- Capability to take full ownership of a portfolio from day one
This is not a step-up role - it requires an established corporate operator comfortable with true corporate risk. The role offers a strong platform to perform, with established clients, high-quality accounts and extensive internal support across broking, placement and specialist areas. Targets are realistic and consistently achieved across the team. You’ll benefit from a genuinely flexible working model, a mature and high-performing culture, and a comprehensive package including private medical cover, strong pension provision, life and disability cover, wellbeing support and ongoing professional development.
