Ideal candidates are those who have 2-5 years of broking experience at a commercial broker, with a good understanding of insurance fundamentals and client service. The role involves a mix of communication, including making calls to clients and team members, and engaging with practitioners. You should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing your tasks independently. The ability to question and challenge is valued. This company is part of a larger London market group that prioritizes staff wellbeing. The work arrangement includes working in the Nottingham office two days a week and remotely three days a week , with Wednesday and Thursday as core days.
