We are working with a long established Lloyd's insurer and specialty underwriter who are looking to hire a new underwriter to join its growing Affinity and Consumer products division writing across both company and syndicate platforms. This is an international portfolio, offering overseas travel which will include underwriting a mixture of consumer products including travel, PA, warranty, motor breakdown, pet and jewellery, with transactions via different distribution channels.
A good level of portfolio analytics is desirable, there will be significant reporting across each underwriting consumer product line; oversight of the development, performance, data management across all lines.
You will be tasked with attending market events, broker relationship management as well as the day to day stakeholder management across the group. A full 360 underwriting opportunity which offers excellent longer term opportunities.
