Casualty Adjuster North West (Home / Field Based)
Were looking for an experienced Casualty Adjuster to join a well-established, high-quality claims management business as part of their growing Casualty Division.
Youll handle a mix of fast track and multi-track liability claims including Employers, Public, Products, TPPD, and CAR. This is a home-based role with regular field visits across the North West.
What youll be doing
  • Managing a caseload of around 80 files efficiently and proactively
  • Conducting thorough site investigations and preparing clear, detailed reports
  • Handling claims from cradle to grave, or on an investigation and report-only basis
  • Liaising with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and experts
  • Assessing liability, controlling indemnity spend, and negotiating settlements
  • Providing sound technical advice and ensuring service standards are met
  • Supporting business development and maintaining strong relationships
What were looking for
  • Minimum 5 years experience in loss adjusting or claims handling within casualty
  • Cert CII and/or Cert CILA preferred
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Combined Liability and CAR policies
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
  • Professional approach with a can-do attitude
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
