We are recruiting a Commercial Director to join one of the most progressive businesses in the insurance world during a major growth phase. You will work closely with the Branch Director while managing a team of Account Executives and Account Handlers, ensuring strong leadership, team development, and consistent commercial performance.

Alongside the management responsibilities, you will bring proven experience in cross class commercial insurance, gained specifically within a broker environment. You will support growth plans by contributing around £50k of new business income each year, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting high quality client service across a broad range of industries and risk types.
