The Role
- As Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver effective solutions that support strategic objectives.
- You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring the smooth delivery of change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
- Define, document, and manage business requirements with clear traceability to outcomes.
- Conduct gap analyses and design improved business processes.

- Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, and post-implementation activities.

About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector, ideally in the Lloyd’s or London Market.
- Skilled in business process modelling (BPMN, UML) and analysis techniques.
- Confident working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Experienced with tools such as Jira, DevOps, or Miro.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable – with a genuine drive to deliver meaningful change.
