The Role

  • As Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver effective solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring the smooth delivery of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Define, document, and manage business requirements with clear traceability to outcomes.
  • Conduct gap analyses and design improved business processes.
  • Collaborate with architects and systems analysts to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, and post-implementation activities.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector, ideally in the Lloyd’s or London Market.
  • Skilled in business process modelling (BPMN, UML) and analysis techniques.
  • Confident working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Experienced with tools such as Jira, DevOps, or Miro.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable – with a genuine drive to deliver meaningful change.
