An established regional law firm is seeking a Credit Hire Litigator to join their Bolton team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves managing a caseload of litigated fast-track and multi-track Credit Hire claims, handling liability-disputed cases, and progressing matters through to trial. Hybrid working is offered.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
- 2+ years experience in Credit Hire litigation (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA / Credit Hire claims
- Strong knowledge of Credit Hire case law, MOJ protocols, Pre-Action Protocol, and CPR
- Experience handling liability disputed cases and court proceedings
- Strong understanding of personal injury claims process and costs
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Confident using case management systems (Proclaim experience desirable)
